Arden Outdoor
A shop for alpine kit designed with the guides of Chamonix and tested for a full season before it goes on sale.

01 — The brief
Arden's customers are serious mountaineers who distrust marketing. The old site used the same heroic mountain photos as every other outdoor brand, and returns for size were high.
02 — The approach
Every product is sold by the guide who tested it: their name, their season, their notes, and a photo of the item after 100 days of use. Condensed capitals in signal orange echo the brand's ropes, and size guides use the guides' own measurements.
03 — The result
Returns for fit fell 38%, and average order value rose 22% as customers bought full systems.
Every page, designed

In the client’s words
It reads like a guide talking, not a brand shouting. That's exactly who we are.
