Orrin
A calm shop for barrier-first skincare with five ingredients or fewer, built around refills instead of new bottles.

01 — The brief
Orrin's old shop looked like every clean-beauty brand: pastel gradients, stock models, a quiz. Customers didn't understand the refill system, so most of them bought a new bottle every time.
02 — The approach
Every product page opens with the full ingredient list set as large as a headline, because five ingredients is the whole pitch. Refills get their own price row next to the bottle, and the cart suggests a refill instead of a repeat. The palette comes from the packaging: oat, sage and a grey-green ink.
03 — The result
Conversion went from 1.4% to 3.1% in eight weeks. Refills are now 44% of repeat orders, up from 9%.
Every page, designed

In the client’s words
People finally get the refill idea without us explaining it on Instagram every week.
